About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions UK Limited. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge cloud security system solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of our security solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and processes to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on cloud-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
