Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring proper storage and organization in the warehouse.
  • Pick and Pack: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
  • Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy, strong materials handling skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Certifications: FLT Counterbalance certification is required.
