About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the operations of the site, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  • Manage the site team, including managing working rotas, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage resident engagement and develop strategies to boost resident satisfaction, ensuring that our residents feel valued and supported.
  • Work with the lettings function to help maintain high occupancy levels, ensuring that our buildings are always full and our residents are happy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or property industry.
  • Awareness of H&S requirements on-site and a demonstrable ability to implement H&S on site, ensuring that our residents and staff are safe and secure.
  • Continual professional development, striving to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities to produce the best results.
  • A flexible approach and dedication to working well in a team, with a positive attitude and ability to go above and beyond for residents with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient with common software, including Microsoft and Windows, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Experience with events is desirable, but not essential.
