About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are fully understood and met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement for technical roles, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients.
  • Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, headhunting, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
  • Keep the client and candidate information updated in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and organized data.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in technical roles (e.g., IT, engineering, software development, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve challenges that arise in the recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with using recruitment databases or CRM systems to track client and candidate interactions.
