Role Requirements

We are in search of experienced individuals with a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of both mechanically and electrically driven pumps and control systems is essential. Candidates with skills in rewinding and repairing industrial electric motors (armature winders) will find this role particularly suited to their expertise.

For those without electrical experience or motor rewind skills, we also have opportunities available for mechanical fitters and pump engineers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing repairs on pumps and related equipment within a workshop setting.
  • Conducting mechanical and electro-mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Visiting client sites to carry out diagnostics and troubleshooting on pumps and associated machinery, followed by necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Providing effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Executing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of client equipment.
  • Responding to customer repair requests as required.
  • Completing general installations, either as part of a team or leading a team.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Time-served in a relevant field.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical systems, industrial pumps, or similar industries is preferred, though we welcome candidates eager to advance their careers.
