Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to our organization by attracting exceptional talent.


Recruitment Focus (60-70%):
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing engaging Talent Acquisition campaigns both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all records are current and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assisting with recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses, to facilitate the onboarding of outstanding candidates.

Process and Project Management (30-40%):
Your role will also involve:

  • Collaborating with the HR team and business leaders to implement the Talent Acquisition process effectively.
  • Partnering with various departments to support internal succession planning and early career initiatives for relevant job openings.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in in-house recruitment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of IT applications, particularly advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a commitment to staying updated in the field.
