Role Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
- Managing your own customer portfolio, delivering a professional and efficient service.
- Fostering relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities.
- Exercising meticulous attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Utilizing your extensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate a seamless sales process.
- Ensuring all sales documentation, including export and customs paperwork, is completed accurately in compliance with regulations.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in both English and German (additional languages are a plus).
- Understanding of international trade and export documentation.
- A strong drive to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a dynamic market.
- A professional demeanor to cultivate strong customer relationships.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous, though training will be provided.
