KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize a handheld device to assess tasks and communicate findings for quoting purposes.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to core and other trade-specific repair requests.
  • Perform various domestic maintenance duties, including general property upkeep.
  • Conduct responsive maintenance and manage void property tasks.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to the highest quality standards.
  • Execute tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing downtime and reporting any challenges to the Resource Controller or Supervisor.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday.

COMPENSATION:
£180 per day (CIS). A van and tools are necessary.

This role involves void property refurbishment contracts.

Successful candidates will be included on an approved contractor list, allowing them to accept work as it becomes available.

Each project typically lasts 2-3 weeks, providing opportunities for multiple contracts, although there may be periods of downtime while properties are being assessed.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • NVQ trade qualifications.
  • Experience in multi-trade roles.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • A DBS check will be required prior to starting the role.
