About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Progressor to join our team at Stratstone BMW Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles arriving on site for sale are processed and prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cosmetic reconditioning of all vehicles delivered to your site, completing the final quality check and photography.
  • Work with the Service department to identify, process, and complete all stock requiring preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency of mechanical and cosmetic preparation through the workshop.
  • Liaise with the Sales department, Smart teams, and third-party suppliers to coordinate any required bodyshop repairs in line with agreed standards.
  • Work with the valet team to ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards.
  • Quality check all used vehicles ready for sale, ensuring they are in line with the Stratstone preparation standards, and complete all photography and video requirements.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptionally high standards.
  • Experience within an automotive or retail merchandising environment, with knowledge of managing products through quality standards through a supply chain.
  • IT, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational qualities and a great eye for detail.
  • A full UK driving licence.
