Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Showroom Supervisor to lead our thriving team at Arthurs Motor Group.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the daily functions of our pre-owned vehicle showroom, ensuring a seamless operation while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

This role encompasses a competitive base salary of £27,000 per annum, with the potential for an OTE of £44,000.


Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring commitment for five days a week, including alternate Saturdays.

While Sunday work is generally not expected, there may be occasions during special events or promotions when it could be necessary, with prior notice and compensatory time off.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure optimal satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for vehicles and associated products, while managing team performance and sales executives.
  • Optimize both new and existing business opportunities, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all financial transactions, providing clear leadership and motivation to your team to achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory processes by both yourself and your team.
  • Commit to delivering an outstanding customer experience consistently.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional sales results.
  • Experience in a sales environment, preferably within the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of FCA regulations related to insurance and credit activities.
  • Exemplary team management and leadership capabilities.

Compensation:
Starting from £27,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation:
  • Bonus scheme

Education Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience Requirements:
  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licensing/Certification:
  • Valid Driving Licence (required)
