Key Responsibilities- Business Development Support: Collaborate with our Business Development team to create commercial proposals and business-winning activities.
- Commercial Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial proposals for various customers, ensuring compliance with business and governance procedures.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize bids and contracts with the support of our Commercial Manager, ensuring all documentation is approved in line with delegated authorities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer purchase orders and contracts, maintaining good customer relationships and contributing to continuous improvement activities.
- Commercial Agreement Negotiation: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with export control requirements.
- Education: Degree level education or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Commercial Experience: Proven experience in a commercial role, preferably within similar contracting environments.
- Skills: Excellent numeracy and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills, and ERP platforms (Syteline preferred).
- Personal Qualities: Resilience and tenacity, strategic thinking, and the ability to multitask against tight deadlines.
