About the Role:

We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Northamptonshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication
  • Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence and promote their well-being
  • Providing companionship and a listening ear to clients

Requirements:

  • No experience required; we provide comprehensive training
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends
  • Able to drive and have a valid license
