Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at TN Recruits. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, including:

  • Wills and probate
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Trusts and Estates
  • Tax disputes

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a Solicitor, with a strong background in Private Client law. You will be highly passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on Private Client matters
  • Prepare and execute Wills, LPAs, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in tax disputes and other legal proceedings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Solicitor
  • Strong background in Private Client law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
