Ryanair is seeking a Group Training Manager to oversee training operations within Europe's largest airline group.

Position Overview:

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Ryanair's ambitious growth strategy, aiming to expand our fleet and enhance our service to millions of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with MTOE and PART-147 standards, addressing any discrepancies identified during audits.
  • Develop and manage training schedules for maintenance courses and instructors, ensuring the availability of qualified personnel and necessary resources.
  • Provide access to all relevant Airworthiness data published by EASA and aircraft manufacturers.
  • Promptly communicate any updates to the Exposition and related manuals to EASA.
  • Maintain the MTOE in accordance with EASA PART-147 requirements.
  • Regularly assess and train nominated staff to ensure their competence, keeping all personnel records current.
  • Facilitate staff development and document training progress.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of Ryanair Engineering operations.
  • Address findings from quality audits and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.
  • Guarantee the integrity and compliance of all examinations as per PART-147 requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Form 4 holder for a PART-147 school is preferred.
  • A background in engineering or aviation training, along with a relevant degree.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EASA PART-147 regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing teams in a dynamic environment.
