Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of yard operatives and delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure that inventory is properly stored and secured.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that the branch is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
