Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool is dedicated to providing high-quality early years education. Our team is excited to welcome a new Early Childhood Education Specialist, who will play a vital role in nurturing our children's growth and development.

Our nursery is designed with purpose, featuring a spacious layout and dedicated classroom areas for preschool activities. We pride ourselves on our long-standing team of dedicated professionals who create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities of the Role

Ensure that each child's individual needs are met, including providing support for parents with any special educational needs. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, ensuring developmentally appropriate next steps. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's progress and achievements. Most importantly, create a space where learning is enjoyable.

*To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an Early Years Teaching qualification and have prior experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.*
