Position: Automation Project Coordinator
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Pension Plan
Benefits: 34 Days Annual Leave + Early Finish on Fridays
Location: Glasgow Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive Project Plans to guide project execution.
- Identifying potential risks associated with projects and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Assisting the Systems Manager and Service Manager in tracking project progress and ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
- Ensuring adherence to technical specifications throughout all project phases for safe and reliable outcomes.
- Inspiring and leading the project team to achieve optimal performance.
- Engaging in the planning and monitoring of all project activities.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Evaluating engineering components of projects and timelines for accuracy.
- Managing project modifications as necessary, including documentation and reporting.
- Overseeing budgets and milestone payments to ensure financial control.
- Ensuring that projects deliver the anticipated results and benefits.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a strong grasp of project timelines and team dynamics.
- Proven leadership skills, capable of driving team success.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects with a track record of achievement.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively among engineering personnel.
- Extensive Project Management experience is essential.
