Job Summary

AM Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to oversee and support the control and delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all budget, risk, specification, project timescales, customer and business objectives are met in full.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Oversight

Overall responsibility for the successful safe completion of the project, including quality, time, procurement, client interface, and leading by example in all aspects of the role.

  1. Design Team Management

Managing internal and external design teams and consultants to meet project deadlines and ensure that detailed plans are developed commensurate with the overall project plan.

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling

Ensuring that all additional work is identified, fully costed, and agreed with the client, and strategically producing and regularly reviewing the project programme to ensure completion on time.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Experience working on new build housing projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.

  1. Certifications

Valid SMSTS Certificate and CSCS Card, with a strong commitment to health and safety.

  1. Education

NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

  1. Technical Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project, and Asta Team plan, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage projects and teams.
