About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our Footwear Department at Selfridges London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our discerning clients.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operational goals, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger brand by adhering to our personal presentation standards and ensuring a consistent visual presentation in your area.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a clienteling and customer service-driven environment.
  • A background in fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brands.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
  • Impeccable presentation and a passion for representing our luxury/fashion-forward brand.
