- Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in older people's care, with a strong clinical track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.00 per hour.
- Annual salary up to £43,472 per annum.
