Work Schedule: Full-time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Office Location: Stratford, London

Work Model: Agile/Hybrid, with office attendance required 1-3 days weekly *
Salary: £34,904 to £38,000 annually plus £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance**

Role Overview - Residential Property Supervisor

We are in search of skilled Residential Property Supervisors to enhance our dedicated property management team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in optimizing rental income and reducing vacancy periods. Collaborate with internal and external partners to support property acquisition in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with legislative standards across property management activities. Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse client base while maintaining accurate records. Manage tenancy and asset operations to maximize returns. Conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks related to fraud and unauthorized subletting.

Qualifications:

Experience in property management and lettings within the private rental sector. Knowledge of London Living Rent and its relevance in the housing market. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines in a customer-focused environment. Awareness of financial and budgetary risks in the residential sector. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and CRM/Microsoft D365. Experience in negotiating tenancy renewals. Capability to manage complaints effectively and meet resident expectations for positive outcomes. Comprehensive understanding of tenancy management, including assured shorthold tenancies and relevant legal notices. Familiarity with legal processes related to tenancy breaches and arrears.
