Cardiac Psychologist Job Description

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Cardiac Psychologist to join our team. As a Cardiac Psychologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating the psychological and emotional effects of heart disease on patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate the psychological impact of heart disease on patients, including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
  2. Develop and implement cognitive-behavioural therapy and other evidence-based techniques to help patients manage negative thought patterns.
  3. Collaborate with cardiac rehabilitation teams to integrate psychological care into the broader rehabilitation process.

Requirements:

  1. Fully enhanced valid DBS
  2. Competence in pacing
