Employment Type:
Temporary - ongoing
Compensation:
£25 per hour
Benefits:
25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm
2 days of remote work available after the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing support inquiries through various communication channels to maintain high customer satisfaction levels, including stock inquiries and estimated time of arrival (ETA) requests.
- Providing assistance to both internal and external sales teams.
- Resolving issues and managing challenging customer interactions effectively.
- Investigating and addressing customer complaints to ensure resolution.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
