Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their needs.
- Assist clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, and help them to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure that clients receive high-quality care and support.
Requirements
We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You'll also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
