Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Dorking. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for negotiating tenancy applications between landlords and tenants, providing accurate viewing feedback and market updates, and collaborating closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Negotiation: Negotiate tenancy applications between landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Viewing Feedback and Market Updates: Provide accurate viewing feedback and market updates to landlords, ensuring they are informed of market trends and conditions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including document management and compliance with lettings regulations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with local property market trends and conditions.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team across the department as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Property Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market, including trends and conditions.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document management and compliance with lettings regulations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in lettings or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a related field or a professional certification in lettings.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
