Lincolnshire-based company seeks experienced Process Technologist

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Our client, a leading food manufacturer in the UK, is expanding its team and looking for a skilled Process Technologist to join their team.

As a Process Technologist, you will work closely with the Process Manager to manage NPD and EPD projects, ensuring timely completion and successful product launches.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting on trial progress and agreeing trial schedules
  • Participating in problem-solving activities and undertaking organoleptic assessments/taste panels
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in food science or a related field
  • Experience in NPD/Process within a food manufacturing business
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and HACCP knowledge
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
