At Jet2holidays, we are continually seeking talented individuals to enhance our exceptional team. We are currently looking for a Training Planner to become a vital part of our Crew Training Department.
As a key member reporting to the Training Planning Manager, the Training Planner will oversee the scheduling and organization of ongoing, new hire, and specialized training programs in a cost-effective and secure manner. This role requires careful consideration of available resources and prioritization of training needs while ensuring compliance with CAA, regulatory, and company standards.
This position is multi-faceted within the Crew Training Department, collaborating closely with both the Crew Planning and Crewing Departments, as well as engaging directly with Crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute training schedules to participants and instructors through MINT, ensuring all pertinent information is communicated alongside roster updates.Coordinate external bookings for training locations and course providers while maintaining cost efficiency.Conduct daily monitoring of training expirations, collaborating with Crewing and Crew Planning to ensure crew members meet all regulatory training, licensing, and documentation requirements.Qualifications:Possess a logical, systematic, and organized mindset, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, contributing positively as a team member.Thrive under pressure, adeptly handling substantial workloads and showcasing strong problem-solving abilities.
