The HR Advisor will be part of an established HR team, reporting to the UK Head of HR. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational HR generalist with a strong employment law background.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the manufacturing sector, ideally in a high-volume capacity, and understand the importance of strong traditional values and a supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill the workforce
  • Collaborate with operational SLT teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Experience in ER and complex casework
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior HR team members
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
