Position Overview
ITL UK is in search of a Senior Industry Principal.

This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and leveraging your technical expertise throughout various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including IAM platform support, Requirements Gathering, and Application Architecture definition and Design.

You will be instrumental in developing high-level design artifacts, offering consulting services, and delivering solutions across multiple IDAM tracks.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring high-quality implementation for relevant tracks, overseeing validation for all testing types, and managing activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of CyberArk products.
  • Lead the design and deployment of Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping ID solutions.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in Information Technology.

  • At least 15 years of experience in CyberArk Identity and Access Management.
Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, administration, and support of CyberArk products.

  • In-depth knowledge of various PAM concepts.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, deploying, configuring, and supporting Ping products for diverse clients.

  • Strong familiarity with the CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (PIM) suite, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, EPV, AAM, and Conjur.
Ability to capture detailed requirements for CyberArk solutions based on input from platform and ecosystem owners, as well as high-level architectural requirements.

  • Conduct compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and provide alerts and reports as necessary.
Investigate incidents and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

  • Understanding of the inner workings of Ping products to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of implementing Ping Directory, Ping Federate, and Ping Access for SSO and access management across various applications.

  • Good grasp of Ping Federate adapters, policies, and custom selector development.
Hands-on experience with application integration of SAML/WS/FED applications on Ping Federate.

  • Extensive experience in the implementation, administration, and support of Saviynt.
Knowledge of implementing Saviynt IGA for provisioning and role management is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Saviynt IGA application connectors.
Experience in managing fully integrated, highly available application environments.

  • Strong understanding of various IDAM concepts.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project execution methodologies.

  • Knowledge of supporting technical components for complex applications.
Effective communication skills with clients and peers are essential. The role may require extensive travel.
