Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance team members, management, and other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, laws, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance administration, including financial record-keeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
