Compensation: OTE £13.10 per hour, including tronc.
About the Role: We are seeking passionate individuals to become part of our renowned Chef Academy. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary arts.
Experience: As a PIG Apprentice, you will engage in diverse kitchen activities, gaining comprehensive knowledge across various sections. Your training will encompass essential skills such as butchery, foraging, and the art of smoking and curing meats.
Additional Learning: Beyond kitchen duties, you will participate in enriching experiences like supplier visits, chocolate crafting, and bread production.
Career Development: This apprenticeship ensures clear pathways for career advancement, supported by expert guidance from our training partner, Umbrella. Open to all ages, the contract entails 40 hours per week across 5 days.
Essentials Provided: You will receive everything necessary to embark on your culinary journey, including a complete knife set, uniform, practical cookery book, and recipe journal. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in various PIG kitchens.
