Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) across various classes from Year 7 to Year 11.
- Work collaboratively in small groups, typically consisting of 6 students, alongside a team of 2 Teaching Assistants and 1 Teacher.
- Engage with students to support their learning and development, ensuring their individual needs are met.

- The position is based in a newly established Special Needs institution known for its outstanding OfSTED rating.
- The school caters to a diverse age range of students, from 4 to 19 years old, and boasts an exceptional leadership team and staff.
- On-site support includes therapists and a dedicated team of teaching assistants.
