Job Title: Sales Development Representative

At Ocho, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track campaign performance.
  • Research and identify prospective customers within key markets, including retailers, food manufacturers, and food service businesses across the EMEA region.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our software solutions to facilitate initial engagements with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Follow standard procedures for updating CRM systems (HubSpot) and managing the sales process from outreach to client engagement.
  • Support senior Business Development team members in preparing product demos, working towards proficiency in assisting with demonstrations.
  • Work towards KPIs related to lead generation, activity levels, and engagement, providing regular updates to the Commercial Management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on CRM systems like HubSpot and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience building CRM lists using contact databases such as ZoomInfo.
  • Prior experience in the software or food industries is preferred.
