Culinary Master

We are seeking an exceptional Wok Chef to join our team at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield, a boutique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. As a Wok Chef, you will be responsible for igniting our Thai kitchen with culinary brilliance, serving up to 150 covers a day in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes to a high standard
• Manage kitchen sections and maintain high levels of food safety and sanitation
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Thai cooking environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience running a section in a high-pressure kitchen
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• On-target earnings up to £29,000 per annum
