Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Programme Leader at the University of Oxford.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing and delivering the informal learning programme for young people, aged 10-19, from diverse backgrounds. This will involve creating engaging, relevant, and varied activities that cater to the needs and interests of our young audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programme of activities that promote learning and personal growth among young people.
  • Work closely with the Museum's Head of Education and Learning to ensure alignment with the institution's educational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the two newly appointed Youth Mentors to support the delivery of the programme and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social cohesion.
