Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications in C/C++ for RDK-B devices, ensuring seamless integration with network components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and integration of network components.
  • Debugging, root cause analysis, and fixing of issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Perform static analysis to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software functionality and reliability.
  • Set up and configure continuous integration environments and create scripts to automate testing and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Wi-Fi protocols, EasyMesh, and Opensync.
  • Experience in cable gateway, DSL, fiber, and modem feature development.
  • Experience working with embedded networking products and proficiency in protocols such as VoIP, SIP, DHCP, FTP/TFTP, and SNMP/TR.
  • Work experience in networking features, including routing, bridging, NAT, IPv, firewall, QoS, IPSec, and VPN.
  • Linux system programming, application development experience, and debugging skills.
  • Solid understanding of the RDK-B framework for efficient development and deployment. Experience with tools like Git and Jira.
