About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Learning Support Worker to join our team at South Staffordshire College. The successful candidate will work effectively and imaginatively to provide first-class support for students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop education, communication, social, emotional, and personal skills to assist students in achieving their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver personalized study programmes tailored to each learner's needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to students in a range of settings, including the classroom and beyond.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive learning strategies.
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
