Job Opportunity: Paralegal/Junior Legal Counsel

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our global leading VIP aviation brand. As a key member of our EMEA Legal team, you will provide a broad range of legal advice across the business, supporting our operating divisions in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, preparing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements for operational businesses and Group functions
  • Managing legacy litigation claims in the region
  • Offering legal guidance and advice to EMEA management
  • Coordinating with external lawyers to assess legal issues
  • Conducting legal research and monitoring the regulatory landscape
  • Assisting with the implementation and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements for the group
  • Assisting with debt collection matters
  • Assisting in the development and roll out of legal training to the business

Requirements:

  • Strong academics of at least 2:1 or equivalent; must have completed either a law undergraduate degree or other undergraduate degree plus the GDL
  • Completion of LPC/training contract is preferred
  • Some initial work experience in an international or national law firm or in-house is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing litigation claims with outside counsel
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a solutions-orientated and commercial approach to decision-making
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients, external counsel, and the global Legal Team
