Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ customer accounts, including Aerospace, Marine, and Military companies.
- Provide a professional and friendly service face-to-face, via email, and telephone.
- Load sales orders onto the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform general office administration duties, including updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
