Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized B2B Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of 20+ customer accounts, including Aerospace, Marine, and Military companies.
  2. Provide a professional and friendly service face-to-face, via email, and telephone.
  3. Load sales orders onto the system in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Perform general office administration duties, including updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
