Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Lifeguards to join our team at East Riding Leisure Bridlington on a casual basis, available as needed. We value individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess outstanding customer service abilities.

Essential Qualification

A valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is mandatory.

As a Lifeguard, your role encompasses various responsibilities to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring the swimming pools
  • Setting up and taking down sports equipment
  • Performing reactive cleaning tasks

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong attentiveness and exceptional customer service skills
  • A friendly and courteous demeanor
  • The ability to work on a casual basis, often with little notice.

Additional compensation is provided for shifts after 8 PM on weekdays and for all hours worked on weekends.
