We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive store environment.

• Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring the sales floor is well-presented and visually appealing.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
