We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa/Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Spas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of holistic and maintenance treatments using premier brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more.
  • Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional client care and motivate clients to rebook.
  • Upsell spa products based on thorough consultations.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in beauty therapy is essential and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Skills: High levels of client care, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
  • Appearance: Smart and professional.
  • Experience: Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is a bonus but not essential.
