Job Description: Support Worker/Buddy

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker/Buddy to provide invaluable support to David, an individual who enjoys outdoor activities and engaging in therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist David with his daily routines, including personal care and medication management.
  • Accompany David on outings such as golf, dog walks, and gym visits, ensuring his safety and enjoyment.
  • Provide support during therapy sessions and exercise routines, promoting his physical and cognitive well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of David's activities, appointments, and any changes in his condition.
  • Communicate effectively with David's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to his care.

Qualifications:
