Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, strategic legal advice to clients on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events, client pitches, and thought leadership activities to grow the corporate practice.
  • Strong academic background and experience gained at a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and a commitment to mentoring and developing junior talent.
