We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Advisor to join our team at Barclay Simpson. As a Data Privacy Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with data protection regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to ensure effective data protection practices across the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling DSARs and data protection compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
