Astellas Europe is seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Lead to join our Commercial Capabilities team. As a key member of our Data Strategy team, you will play a critical part in driving our data-driven approach to commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to drive business growth and improve customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Own and develop data frameworks, including KEE/KOL and customer data, to drive business value
- Work closely with regulatory authorities and payers to ensure access to new therapies
- Develop and execute a data governance strategy to ensure data quality and integrity
- Substantial data experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial data
- Hands-on experience with KEE/KOL Data, Customer Master Data Management, CRM, and data insights
- Deep experience with end-to-end business ownership of data capabilities and processes
- Strong technical understanding of data management and data governance
- Agile experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
