Role Overview
As an EPOS Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Technology team’s transformation efforts, focusing on modernizing our retail systems. Your responsibilities will include defining, building, testing, and supporting solutions that meet business needs while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze business processes and operational value streams supported by technical solutions.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in planning sessions and create iteration plans.
- Conduct research, design, prototype, and exploration activities.
- Develop and test deliverables based on defined features.
- Deploy solutions to staging and production environments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Zonal Business systems or similar EPOS software.
- Experience in Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles.
- Background in hospitality or fast-paced industries such as retail is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across the organization.
- Logical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
