Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's reputable site in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that prides itself on quality and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess the work required, time scales, and cost for any work completed.
- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (including Audatex).
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner to explain the work required and costs involved.
- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying any issues that may arise.
- Working closely with warranty and insurance paperwork.
- At least 1 year's experience as a Bodyshop Estimator.
- Ideal candidate will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation, although this is not essential as we will consider candidates with time-served experience.
- A professional and confident character who can deliver a strong customer service.
