About the Role:

RE-Search London is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial properties (office & retail).
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with leasing agents to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collections.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and property laws.
  • Oversee maintenance, renovations, and upgrades of properties.
  • Analyse market trends to make informed decisions on property management and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
