We are seeking a skilled Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Towergate West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving business growth and revenue.
